One of our important projects this year was to deliver on-demand training to our clients over the web. This new offering promises to deliver the level of training a company needs to quickly ramp up new employees and sharpen the skills of existing TabWare users.
 The Tutorial Based Training is a library of “How To” training on TabWareEFX modules as well as specific features such as “How to Use the TabWare Query Wizard” and “How to Build an Equipment Hierarchy.” This training is available at the touch of a button and is self-paced so your employees can get training on their own schedule. All training is delivered over the Internet so you don’t have to worry about travel schedules and business interruption.
This approach to training has been well received by our existing clients and has proven an additional incentive to purchase TabWare as a comprehensive solution to Enterprise Asset Management.
TabWare University is structured much like a University Setting. Within the University there are general courses or required coursework to give a general understanding of how to use TabWareEFX in the work environment such as Log-In, Basic Navigation and Messaging.
For users, schools of study are provided in Maintenance Management, Inventory Management, Purchasing, RFQ’s and Invoice Matching, System Administration and Advanced Functionality. Within each school are brief training sessions outlining and teaching the proper usage of TabWareEFX.
