Kay Jenkins is responsible for all technology strategy, including software development, cloud operations, quality and service delivery.
With more than 20 years focusing on Asset Management Performance in the technology industry, Kay has held senior management positions with various technology companies focused on delivering solutions with business value and strong ROI results. Her technology experience spans, business verticals including financial and billing solutions, CRM, insurance and banking, government and municipality, ecommerce, and most recently within the industrial sector focused on Oil & Gas, Mining and Metals, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Discrete Manufacturing organizations.
Kay graduated with honors from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Regional Account Director
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Professional Services, Rich is responsible for all aspects of sales and delivering valued added TabWare solutions to AssetPoint’s customer base. This includes defining specific customer solutions with Return on Investment (ROI) and balanced scorecards, project delivery, user adoption and continuous improvement programs. Rich’s nearly 20 years in the Enterprise Asset Management industry helps customers maximize value from AssetPoint’s products and services.
Rich’s experience, both domestic and overseas, in the Enterprise Asset Management industry includes solution development, project management, implementation, support and training. Over the years, Rich has become a subject matter expert within several vertical markets, such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Health Care and Discrete Manufacturing organizations.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Rich founded a successful Enterprise Asset Management services organization and held key positions for Infor, including Director of Training and Regional Director of Services.
Rich graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Vice President of Integration Services
As the Vice President of Integration Services, Jane works directly with partners and customers in the design, development and delivery of integration solutions into ERP, SCADA and PLC systems. Her focus is to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful implementation of the integrated TabWare solution.
She has over 30 years of experience in the Software industry, with 20 of those years as part of the TabWare development team at AssetPoint. Besides her involvement with product design, she has held various management positions in professional services, product management, and integration services within AssetPoint.
Jane graduated from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Vice President of Solutions Management
Jay is the Vice President of Solutions Management and is responsible for the provision of AssetPoint products and solutions that meet the changing needs of current and future customers as well as focus vertical markets. Jay maintains the liaison between development, marketing and sales during the product development cycle to ensure the effective communication and delivery of solutions to the marketplace.
He has over 20 years of experience in the development, management, operation of Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including business process engineering for the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors. He possesses an in-depth, functional and process background in core manufacturing, inventory control/materials management, purchasing/procurement, logistics, maintenance, process and financial controls.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Jay held key leadership positions for Infor and DataStream Systems (an Asset Management provider acquired by Infor), including Project Manager and Manager of North American Business Consulting.
Jay graduated from the Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Matt is responsible for all marketing and business development activities at AssetPoint including lead generation, awareness building, content development, event coordination, press releases, and lead nurturing.
He brings over 15 years of experience in marketing experience, predominately in the Technology and Manufacturing sectors. His core background is in Marketing Strategy and web branding, having held key marketing positions for B2B web-based technology and B2C manufacturing companies.
Matt graduated from the Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
