President and Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of AssetPoint, Mike is responsible for strategy development and operations.
Mike has more than 25 years of management, technology and software experience in both public and private software companies.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, he served as Chief Executive Officer at RedHawk Communications, a SaaS based technology and consulting company. Mike was the Vice President of Field Operations for SAP America and focused on new product development and growth strategies. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Brio Software, an analytics software company that served the manufacturing market (now Oracle’s BI solution through acquisition). Additionally, Mike was President of the Meta Group, an independent research and consulting firm focused on information technology and business strategies (now part of Gartner). The bulk of Mike's management experience was garnered during his 11 years at ADP, the largest global provider of computerized transaction processing, data communications and information services, where he held a variety of executive management roles including President of ADP Financial Services and Vice President of Sales.
Mike attended the executive program at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, studying accounting and financial analysis, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt brings over 20 years of software industry finance and accounting experience to AssetPoint. As CFO, Matt is a member of the company’s executive committee and is responsible for all financial operations and reporting of the company.
Before joining AssetPoint in 2002, Matt served as Vice President of Finance for Nuvox Communications, a leading technology company. Prior to Nuvox, Matt was the Assistant Controller at the telecommunications company Corporate Telemanagement Group.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a CPA in the state of South Carolina.
Executive Vice President Research and Development
Kay Jenkins is Executive Vice President of Technology at AssetPoint and is responsible for all technology strategy, including software development, cloud operations, quality and service delivery.
With more than 20 years focusing on Asset Management Performance in the technology industry, Kay has held senior management positions with various technology companies focused on delivering solutions with business value and strong ROI results. Her technology experience spans, business verticals including financial and billing solutions, CRM, insurance and banking, government and municipality, ecommerce, and most recently within the industrial sector focused on Oil & Gas, Mining and Metals, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Discrete Manufacturing organizations.
Kay graduated with honors from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Sr. Vice President of Sales and Business Development
As Sr. Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Jefferson is responsible for developing long-term relationships with AssetPoint’s customers and driving revenue growth and customer success.
Jefferson brings to AssetPoint more than 17 years of experience in the enterprise business application software industry, with deep domain expertise in asset management, sustainability, and maintenance excellence strategies. He has a proven and high performance track record leading sales and implementation teams; been instrumental in managing large, international software projects; working with strategic implementation and channel partners; and driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through a consultative sales and trusted advisor philosophy.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Jefferson worked for Infor, and successfully delivered on revenue growth targets and performance goals. Prior to Infor, he held various leadership positions in sales and professional services at DataStream Systems (an Asset Management provider acquired by Infor).
Jefferson graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Vice President of Professional Services
As Vice President of Professional Services, Rich is responsible for delivering valued added TabWare solutions to AssetPoint's customer base. This includes defining specific customer solutions with ROI and scorecards, project delivery, user adoption and continuous improvement programs. Rich's nearly 20 years in the Enterprise Asset Management industry and his team, help customers maximize value from AssetPoint's products and services.
Rich's experience, both domestic and overseas, in the Enterprise Asset Management industry includes solution development, project management, implementation, support and training. Over the years, Rich has become a subject matter expert within several vertical markets, such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Health Care, and Discrete Manufacturing organizations.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Rich founded a successful Enterprise Asset Management services organization and held key positions for Infor, including Director of Training and Regional Director of Services.
Rich graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Vice President of Integration Services
As the Vice President of Integration Services, Jane works directly with partners and customers in the design, development and delivery of integration solutions into ERP, SCADA and PLC systems. Her focus is to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful implementation of the integrated TabWare solution.
She has over 30 years of experience in the Software industry, with 20 of those years as part of the TabWare development team at AssetPoint. Besides her involvement with product design, she has held various management positions in professional services, product management, and integration services within AssetPoint.
Jane graduated from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Vice President of Solutions Management
Jay is the Vice President of Solutions Management and is responsible for the provision of AssetPoint products and solutions that meet the changing needs of current and future customers as well as focus vertical markets. Jay maintains the liaison between development, marketing and sales during the product development cycle to ensure the effective communication and delivery of solutions to the marketplace.
He has over 20 years of experience in the development, management, operation of Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including business process engineering for the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors. He possesses an in-depth, functional and process background in core manufacturing, inventory control/materials management, purchasing/procurement, logistics, maintenance, process and financial controls.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Jay held key leadership positions for Infor and DataStream Systems (an Asset Management provider acquired by Infor), including Project Manager and Manager of North American Business Consulting.
Jay graduated from the Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Matt is responsible for all marketing and business development activities at AssetPoint including lead generation, awareness building, content development, event coordination, press releases, and lead nurturing.
He brings over 15 years of experience in marketing experience, predominately in the Technology and Manufacturing sectors. His core background is in Marketing Strategy and web branding, having held key marketing positions for B2B web-based technology and B2C manufacturing companies.
Matt graduated from the Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
