President and Chief Executive Officer
Mike Levine has more than 25 years of management, technology and software experience. He has served as Chief Executive Officer at RedHawk Communications, a leading SaaS based technology and consulting company focused on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
As Vice President of Field Operations for SAP America, Mike focused on new product development and streamlining processes within the field organization.
He also served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Brio Software, a leading analytics software company that served the manufacturing marketplace. In this role, he was responsible for managing and leading sales, professional consulting/implementation services and client training. Additionally, Mike was President of the Meta Group, an independent research and consulting firm focused on information technology and business strategies. The bulk of Mike's management experience was garnered during his 11 years at ADP, the largest global provider of computerized transaction processing, data communications and information services. At ADP, Mike held a variety of executive management roles including President of ADP Commercial Leasing and Vice President of Sales within ADP's Dealer Services Division.
Mike attended the executive program at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, studying accounting and financial analysis, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami.
Executive Vice President Research and Development
Kay Jenkins has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. She has held management positions for software development companies in various industries, including: billing and revenue collections; provisioning of satellite and cable services; federal regulations compliance; government products and services; insurance and claims processing; and most recently EAM products and services. Her leadership positions have included responsibilities for product development, professional services, support and customer satisfaction, SaaS and service level agreement compliance.
Kay graduated with honors from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been published in trade magazines, along with delivering guest presentations at many technical conferences.
Executive Vice President Worldwide Sales and Marketing
Paul Crist has over 25 years experience in enterprise software sales and marketing across many vertical markets, including: consumer packaged goods, high tech/electronics manufacturing, food and beverage, retail and general manufacturing.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Paul was Vice President of Supply Chain Sales for Infor Global Solutions. In addition, he has held senior sales management positions with Provia Software, Optum Software and Calcomp Inc.
Paul graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Smith holds an extensive background in Finance and prior to joining AssetPoint, he was Vice President of Finance for Nuvox, a telephone and high-speed data company. Additionally, Matt has held the positions of Assistant Controller at the long-distance phone provider Corporate Telemanagement Group, and in-charge Accountant at the accounting firm of Elliott Davis.
As Chief Financial Officer at AssetPoint, Matt is responsible for all financial operations and reporting of the company. He has been with the company since 2002.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a CPA in the state of South Carolina.
Vice President of Integration Services
Jane Black has over 27 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with 17 of those years as part of the TabWare product team at AssetPoint. She has held development, design and management positions primarily in the EAM product development and services industry, in addition to the insurance systems industry, and systems support of engineering and construction activities.
Her responsibilities with the TabWare team have included: product design of several modules; project lead and designer for integrations with multiple ERP systems; as well as previously holding the position of Director of Professional Services at AssetPoint.
Jane works directly with partners and customers in the design, development and delivery of integration solutions. Her focus is to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful implementation of the solution.
Jane graduated from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
Vice President of Professional Services
Rich Adams has over 15 years experience in the management, implementation and support of Enterprise Asset Management software packages. His diverse background has included experience within several vertical markets, such as Life Sciences, Government, Oil & Gas and Discrete Manufacturing organizations.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Rich owned and operated his own Enterprise Asset Management services organization. Rich has also held key positions for Infor Global Solutions, including Director of Training and Director for the North East and Midwest Services Regions.
Rich graduated from The Citadel -The Military College of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Vice President of Business Development
Jefferson Sturkey has over 15 years experience within the enterprise business application software industry, with deep domain expertise in Asset Management and Sustainability strategies. He has been instrumental in managing large, international software projects; working with strategic implementation and channel partners; and driving revenue growth through a consultative sales and marketing philosophy.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Jefferson was Sr. Account Executive for Infor Global Solutions and successfully delivered on revenue growth targets and customer satisfaction goals. Additionally, he has held various leadership and business development positions at Datastream Systems.
Jefferson graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Environmental Science.
Vice President of Solutions Management
Jay Ratliff has over 15 years of extensive experience in the development, management, operation of CMMS/EAM applications including business process engineering and solution definition for a variety of industries. He possesses in-depth functional and process background in core manufacturing, inventory control/materials management, purchasing/procurement, logistics, maintenance, process, and financial controls.
Prior to joining AssetPoint, Jay held key positions for DataStream / Infor Global Solutions, including Consultant, Project Manager, and Manager of NA Business Consulting.
Jay graduated from the Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering.
